Works exactly as it (and everyone) says! I'm just as curious as many as to why these are not a more commonly known acne remedy??? I think my pores are rather unusually deep, therefore they take a few nights (and therefore quite a few patches) to pull all of the gunk out; but they work! They definitely work better on the zits that have formed a head. Yes, they work best when the head has been carefully pierced with a sterile point. However (for me at least), these also help to bring the deeper, headless zits out to the surface (over time) as well. A word of advice for those who say that these little suckers don't stick - you're doing something wrong. You MUST thoroughly wash and pat dry your face first. Once I pat my face dry, I allow my skin to air dry for some time as well. Then I apply the patches over the needed areas. DO NOT moisturize or put ANYTHING else on your face until AFTER the patches are firmly on. These stick so well that sometimes it actually hurts just a wee bit while peeling them off. The product itself receives 5 stars because it does exactly what promises to do. However, I would wish to take away a star because there is just not enough patches to last a person with more troubled skin a week! I went through both the Nexcare brand as well as this brand within 1 week before attaining the drugstore ones!!! I did some research and found that hydrocolloid patches can be found at most drugstores (you'll just have to cut the pieces up yourself - which is fine by me). Any who, as mentioned before, this product receives 5 stars from me for being genuine and keeping to what it promised to do. An absolute must try for those fighting acne. Read more

I have suffered from adult acne on/off for the last several years. I previously was purchasing a product similar to this from a more well-known brand that starts with the #3. Those items worked well too, but I came upon these as a recommended item when I purchased the other. They were inexpensive, so I bought a box of the better known brand (which is almost $3.00 more expensive) along with these. I have to say, I really think this is the better product. Not because it's cheaper though. They both fundamentally do the same thing. They both extract pus and oil from your pimples. I think these are superior because they have WAY better 'sticking power.' I put them on at night and they don't fall off, where sometimes the others would come off in the night. I would recommend if you put them on, to do so on a freshly washed face, before you've put on any face products. I put on the stickers, and then proceed with putting on my moisturizer, etc. around the stickers, before bed. I also noticed these ones blend in a little better. Either product doesn't blend perfectly and it's obvious you have a plastic dot on your face. :) But these are more clear and less noticeable, which I like, even if I'm just going to sleep in them. I'd highly recommend them. It's extracted oil from a blemish and helped reduced redness and inflammation overnight, more times than I can count. It's really improved the clarity of my skin, because often the pimple goes away without me picking at it or thinking I can pop it (which never ends well and leaves me with scars and pigmentation). They come in two different sizes on the sheet, so you have options there too. I'd highly recommend them! Read more

I purchased these because the price is much better for the same count package (and sizes) as more expensive brands like Nexcare and some other more notable brands and honestly wasn't expecting them to be "better"...I just figured at least these weren't priced ridiculously. However, I am pleasantly surprised at their performance compared to Nexcare and other brands I've been using. The frustration with the cost is that most of these have similar instructions and claims, but don't work as advertised. The other brands I've used tell you to cleanse the area with astringent to remove oil to make them stick better to skin....however...the "other" brands I've tried often don't stick after I've wasted three or four dots. And that's where the "cost frustration" comes in. These were much better! They stick MUCH better than the pricier competition without finding them on my pillow in the morning or them slowly removing themselves from my face over the course of a few hours and falling off somewhere (gross!) and even better....the other brand is much thicker and more noticeable and these were surprisingly smooth and the edges don't show unless you were to really inspect someone's face up close. I've always laughed when I read "You can even put make up OVER them!"....I mean...what? Nope. Not at all. But with this brand I think if you were really in a pinch, you may actually be able to get away with it if it were in an inconspicuous spot. These smooth right down with no rough edges sticking up visibly. The performance (sucking the oil and fluids that leak after squeezing or a blemish opening up on it's own) is just as good as the other brands and you can wear them on a pretty badly leaking blemish for at least 8 hours before needing to change it. These really do help your blemishes heal faster because once they're open/leaky...what normally happens is your skin scabs over the area and then what happens? That's right....you end up with the pimple filling right back up again. Ugh! These prevent that scabbing from occurring so that the blemish can continue to stay open (but protected) while these dots "pull" and absorb both remaining and new oil and liquid from the blemish to prevent it flaring up again. So the blemish begins to heal much faster and without as great a chance of scarring from extended inflammation/infection. I highly recommend that you try these if you've tried the others and weren't impressed....or if you normally spend a lot more on the brands Dermatologists frequently throw around. I speak from experience because my Derm recommended the Nexcare (which is what I'd been using) and has never mentioned these....but these are half the price, work better, look better, and are exactly the same count/sizes as the others. Why 4 stars, then? Because why-oh-why do NONE of these companies offer the ability to buy a 36 count package of JUST the larger ones or Just the smaller ones?? I use mostly the larger ones because they stick better and cover more area and once those are gone I'm basically stuck trying to use the small ones on areas that really require the large. I'd be totally fine with paying a bit more for a package of just the large size so that I'm not wasting half the package. Please someone market the "large-only" option! Otherwise, don't waste your money on the others. These are great and incredibly affordable in comparison! I will be buying here exclusively from now on (and informing my Dermatologist of better choices than the ones she's recommending, too! I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!
