Great set for beginners and those who want to start doing nails at home. It has all the needed tools to effectively do an acrylic set. All you need is nail polish. My daughter showed interest in doing nails so this was a gift to her. She has had fun doing them over and over for family. The powder is very strong smelling and one of my containers had a loose lid. Bought this for my preteen daughter for Hanukkah. She was stoked to receive it. She used it daily for 2 months straight until she ran out of the monomer. Comes in an ugly package, but everything is good quality. Read more
My main issue with this is the so-called acrylic brushes that look like they’re made for nail sculpting. Maybe it’s because I’ve been doing my nails for awhile but I need a #8 or bigger and lately I’ve been preferring to work with #10 and 12. Other than that everything else in this package is legit. Including the mini LED lamp. The 3 major colors of acrylic powder are of decent quality when you compare it to Saviland, Mia Secret, etc etc. it’s a good value. The glitter acrylics are a little spilled so I’d suggest opening the package with disposable gloves. Everything is packaged very neatly in a compact box you can reuse. The functionality is SUPERB! I also don’t care for the little nail brush that’s used to clean under nails. But it’s minuscule because of the price and everything else you get. I purchase bigger and better one from here. But yeah ladies, this is perfect for beginners (just invest in some better quality tips and monomer), it’s easy to work with, it’s compact and easy to store. The smell isn’t too overpowering just be sure to have proper ventilation. I’d also recommend investing in a better quality nail drill (e-file). This is also good for emergencies (like in my case) or if you want to practice making your own press-one. Read more
