Still helpful.

This works great and is still a necessary accessory. I need it to run my keyboard's USB behind my desk and down to my computer. My keyboard doesn't need a high data rate cable, so this works perfectly. Just know that this isn't made to fast charge anything or transfer big files. It is just USB 2. It feels well-made and should last way longer than I need it to. It came well packed and of course it is easy to set up. It is good for computer peripherals like a mouse or keyboard. I'm not sure what else though. Read more

Reliable Long-Distance USB Extension โ€” Works Great for Streaming Setups

I used the ZVOIYKM 50-Foot Active USB Extension to run an Eagle Eye Cube camera from the front of the room to the back sound booth for livestreaming โ€” and it worked exactly as needed. Even at that distance, the signal held up with no issues, and I was able to maintain full resolution from the camera without lag or quality loss. The active extension clearly does its job boosting the signal, and setup was simple โ€” no extra power or repeaters needed. Simple product that works fine, wish it was USB 3

I got this product specifically to extend the USB cord on a mouse for a desktop computer that is placed a little further away. It's working well for that application. It isn't USB 3.0 and I'm not sure why anything should be manufactured using older specification these days so maybe deduct a star for that, but overall as a basic product it fills a need. Read more

This is a great choice for devices with standard USB cables that not long enough. This feels like a premium cord and the metal ends are a nice touch that most competitors do not have. The cord itself is thick but flexible, and should withstand usage well. It works well for my needs and I would order again when needed. Read more
