I have a double stall garage with two lamp sockets. These light up my garage like I had four 4 foot 4 tube fluorescent light fixtures! The light is spread out enough so if you look at them they don’t irritate like looking at a bright single point of light. I work on cars and other equipment so I need a lot of light. I previously had a set that was somewhat similar with the fold out wings. These in contrast are like comparing a 100 watt bulb to a 25 watt bulb. Read more

Use the in my garage and attic. Work great and put out a lot of directed light. I had one of five start blinking intermittently after about a year in a hot Houston attic so I bought a replacement. Price is reasonable so it wasn’t a big issue. Read more

Great lights for basement, attic or other areas where lighting is limited. In the picture, you can see where I have the LED light on the left hand side and a regular bulb on the right hand side - what a difference! The LED light “arms” are adjustable and the base of the light that screws into the socket can be turned and pointed in different directions so that you can have lighting in almost any corner. These lights are very inexpensive compared to the lumen output per $ of light bulb LEDs. My company’s shop is 500 sq ft but four of these units, which are directionally adjustable, provide bright and almost shadow-less work lighting. In the past I used 12 100 watt incandescent bulbs and they were barely satisfactory. My test is to easily read a1/32” scratch on a metal ruler. Read more

These lights are amazing for the garage. I replaced some standard 20w led bulbs with these and its easily 4-5x the light output. I almost wish they had adjustable brightness. Probably not ideal for any normal living space, but for a garage or workshop these will really do the job. Also they are smaller than i expected from the pictures, but the light output is great so the fact that they are smaller is probably a bonus. Read more
