These ankle weights are great. Bought them for my continued PT at home. I can remove or add weights as needed - great feature! The Velcro is sturdy and the weights stay in place and comfortable to wear. I bought these for ankle weights for physical therapy. They are made very well, the material is strong and sturdy. The Velcro is well designed they barely move/shift. You can put them on your arms or legs. And they can be increased or reduced in weight easily. My physical therapist and I have been very pleased with this purchase and he's been recommending this set to other patients now, since I bought them. 😂 Read more

These are what they are pictured just didn’t realize how bulky they were. I have small feet and hands and they don’t close all the way so they move and rotate during my workout. Quality is superior to those weights you get in store at like a Marshalls or TJ max or a Target. Best value for the money, and well I wish their were two Velcro because the heavier the weight the harder it is to move with it but the one does the job. Read more
