Good But With Limitations
This weighted vest is an incredibly comfortable, and a great addition to any workout. I would caution that it is not a one size fits all, rather this is for those with a slim athletic build. If you are a beginner to workouts this is NOT the purchase for you. This is strictly to add weight to a someone who is already very light and wants to build core strength adding to their body weight without the use of weights. The jacket is solidly built but there is no way to ADD WEIGHTS. Instead, the company would have you buy an entirely new vest which has a specific weight built in. I would resist such a device as there are other such devices on the market which allow for the exchange of weight packs that snap into the vest. That would have been a better design option here. BUT if you are looking for a specific set weight to work with and don't mind not being able to increase or decrease the weight of the vest then this might work out for you. Be aware that other brands offer the features I have outlined which will give you more versatility in your workout routine. In my scale of 1to5 I rate this product a 1.
