I finally decided to upgrade my home office setup, and I’m so glad I did. For the longest time, I was using a literal stack of books to increase the height of my office laptop so I wouldn't have to hunch over all day. While the books did the job, they were a total eyesore and took up way too much room on my desk. Switching to this Senzan aluminum stand has been a night-and-day difference in terms of functionality and space saving. The build quality is top-tier; it’s made of a thick, sturdy aluminum alloy that feels like it’s going to outlast my current laptop and probably the next one too. It has a nice weight to it, which provides a level of sturdiness you just don't get with plastic risers. My 15-inch work laptop sits rock-steady on it, and the rubber padding ensures nothing gets scratched. The ease of use is another big plus. Out of the box, the hinges are quite firm—you’ll likely need two hands to set your preferred height and angle—but that’s actually a good thing because it means the stand won’t slowly sink under the weight of the computer. It lifts the screen right to eye level, which has significantly helped with the neck strain I was feeling. One of my favorite features is the 360° rotating base. It makes a satisfying clicking sound as it turns and is incredibly useful for swiveling the screen to show a colleague something or just adjusting my position without dragging the whole setup across the desk. Plus, because the laptop is now on a different "plane," I have so much more usable space underneath for my keyboard or notepad. For the price, the value for money is excellent. It’s a professional-looking, durable piece of gear that has completely decluttered my workspace. If you're still relying on a pile of books, do yourself a favor and get this instead—your neck and your desk will thank you. Read more
