I walk 3 miles daily and wanted an adjustable weighted vest to start low and work my way up. Trainers recommend 10-15 % of your weight added for walking so I went with the 11-18 option. I am 127lb athletic build and started at 11lb. The vest itself is very comfortable. It doesn’t cut into my shoulders and distributes the weight evenly. The first 2 weeks, I could definitely feel the extra 11 lbs. but by week 3, I added a weight. Hopefully in another 2 weeks I add another. The weights are easy to put in and are secured nicely. Great vest - sturdy, easy to put on, weighted sacks are easy-enough (with only a bit of effort) to remove and insert, and it has made a notable difference in increasing workload while walking or just doing chores inside (have just been doing 14 lbs. so far). It is relatively large, so you can wear it under or over fall-weight coats/sweaters and easy to adjust with the 2 side straps.
