These are the only thing I have found that help with my sinus headaches. It usually only takes about 15-20 minutes for it to kick in, and usually one dose works all day. I don't like to run out of these, so I keep a few on hand all the time. Sometimes they are hard to find in the store, so I bought this box at one of those times. When I feel a cold coming on, or when I'm actively sick, I love these Advil packets! They are individually wrapped making them easy to have in my purse or suitcase, and there is only one pill for a full dose. I hate swallowing pills, but these are small and easy to take!
