These are the only thing I have found that help with my sinus headaches. It usually only takes about 15-20 minutes for it to kick in, and usually one dose works all day. I don't like to run out of these, so I keep a few on hand all the time. Sometimes they are hard to find in the store, so I bought this box at one of those times.
