Idiots not being able to even open it lol it seems extremely self explanatory so user error there!! And like i said genius!! Helps a lot with knee pain, BUT I found it impossible to read the instructions on the side of the tube and install the applicator, wound up opening the tube with an ice pick! Rubbed it on with my hand instead. I suggest that the manufacturer try it on his/her grandmother! Read more

I bought this Advil cream with a massage belt. When I put the cream on the menthol works right away. It almost felt like a burn a little bit of a burning sensation. I itched for a while cause I’m sensitive, but after I kept putting it on I stoped itching after the second day. I even put it on my arms when I’m aching, also. I keep rubbing it in my back and then I put the massager belt on and it does help a lot. You might think it doesn’t really, but you gotta keep putting it on a little bit every day or at least every few days a week and you will notice you feel better. I have a bad back from a nasty car accident in 2002 and from time to time it flares up. About a week ago, I was having a little back pain and decided to try this out. Hear this now... If you've tried Icy Hot, BenGay, Tiger Balm, or similar products in the past, this stuff was freeway exits hotter than any of that! At least, for me it was..
