Not bad at all. I have to say as my first time using these, I'm happy with my purchase. I keep the ice roller (pink one) wrapped up in the freezer in a bag to keep it protected. It needs a little movement before use but then its fine. Feels good on my face and did help with some of the puffiness and redness. The design of the jade roller and massager is not bad at all. nice, easy to use, but the jade roller did break after a couple months (bc I dropped it too many times) but you could just simply pop the roller part back in place (I dropped it like 500000000000 times) gua sha works amazing! ice roller works amazing! great product but beware if you are clumsy! I love the Jade roller. It is so cooling and relaxing on my face. The ice roller is fairly big. I would not recommend putting it on your face straight from the freezer. The Gua Sha tool is not flimsy. There are many tutorials on the web to show you how to use these tools properly. This purchase was a great price. Read more
