I've slept on a 6 year old futon for the past year since I can't really afford a new mattress at the moment. I tried the foam you can get at the store and it just wasn't enough, but after getting this i feel like I'm sleeping at a fancy hotel! It's more than enough with nothing under it but putting my foam eggshell topper under made it feel like a cloud. It helps that they give you so much room to stretch it over the mattress and whatever else you put under it. I haven't slept this good in a long time!
