A year ago I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and had to wear a medical boot at night. These orthotic insoles were recommended to me by the salesman at my local high end shoe store after I told him about the diagnosis. My heals have a tendency to turn inwards which contributed to the plantar fasciitis and also, though I didn't know it at the time, was causing my back pain. Wearing these insoles has aligned my feet, my shoes now wear out evenly, my plantar fasciitis healed and I have almost no pain in my back! Excellent inserts. Takes almost all of my metatarsal pain which I have. Easy to insert and use. I would however suggest that they should be replaced after about 1 and a half million steps. Otherwise I find these essential for longer walks and ease of recovery. Read more
