I use these with my ON Cloud horizons. I am a few million steps in and would say that after just at 2 millions steps, you will need new ones. Quality and wear are very good. Metatarsal issues can make any walk painful and of course bring on neuropathy at night which is a nightmare. These inserts changed my walking. Spend the money and walk well!! These also work for larger feet which is almost unheard of. At a size 14 I have had no issues and yes it is a 14 wide! Read more
