I got this sent to my grandson for Xmas as he has been asking for it for some time. It was so easy to order and send away as a present, arrived in excellent condition and just what he asked for. He loves the action setup of the item and will play with it for several Xmas in the future. The price at Amazon is very competitive with other retailers and I like how easy it is to me to send gifts to far away recipients. Read more

I've been playing this game for days now and I really enjoy it. The gameplay and how the controls feel are smooth and enjoyable. Elite difficulty is challenging and makes you want to come back for more. Road to Elite is cool - have played it 5 times and still haven't seen a Block yet (4A is ???). Lights out is brutal, would love to play that with people in person. The animations are crisp too, the moves look like they are killers. What it needs is "more" - more characters, more matches, more storylines, more CAW parts. But those can come in time, I don't "need" those today - what they have released is a hell of a game and I can't wait to see what they add to it. Read more

Fight Forever is sort of/kind of like a mix of the old AKI N64 games and the later THQ games. Graphics are not impressive at all, it honestly looks like a PS3-era game, but the game play is the big draw here. The roster is decent. Match style options are somewhat limited. There are some baffling issues with the game; You can never have more than 4 wrestlers on screen at a time, clearly today's hardware can handle more than that. The way you change focus in-multi-man matches is fairly janky, and can be a source of frustration. The minigames are an odd inclusion, I feel like they should've been put on the back burner in favor of more match choices or a bigger roster. As mentioned before, the main thing here is the gameplay, it's somewhat similar to the classic "easy to learn/hard to master" AKI style with some striking/kicking button mashing added in. It mostly works. With the graphical style and "spirit" bars, it's 1999 all over again. Overall, it's not a bad first effort for an AEW game. The newer WWE games look better and have way more customization options, but have different play style. The major concern is that is Fight Forever too limited of a base game to expand upon via DLC, it seems that the game engine itself (4 wrestlers on screen) is going to limit a of what people are going to be asking for in the future. AEW Fight Forever is a game that offers some fun gameplay, but it can get a bit boring after a while. The mechanics are reminiscent of the old WWF games, where opponents don't seem to get tired no matter how many times you perform special moves on them. However, I still enjoy playing the game as it provides a slightly different experience. It also brings back nostalgic memories of the old N64 mini games. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the customer service that came along with my pre-order. I was supposed to receive the character Matt Hardy, but he was missing from my game. I reached out to the customer service team, but they never responded to my inquiry. This lack of communication and support leaves me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience. In conclusion, while AEW Fight Forever has its entertaining moments, the lackluster customer service leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Read more
