Definitely Give it a Try.

So I want to first address negative reviews by saying that this product might not be helpful for everyone.. but that doesn’t mean it won’t be helpful to you. There is just not one diet or supplement that fits all! Certain vitamins and herbs are not necessary for one but might be for another, so consider that while deciding whether or not to is product might be for you. I am someone who is overweight and struggling with body odor postpartum and needing to revitalize myself and improve my gut health, so I decided to try this and I don’t regret it at all. Actually, I found out that my aunt and uncle have been using this for years and they are extremely healthy, if not the healthiest folks in our family and they are close to being in their 60s. They’re out there helping with natural disasters in other states, living very active lives, and they are missionaries as well so they travel and are exposed to many different elements and atmospheres. Good health is vital! So I was super excited to receive this. And not only is it full of all the vitamins, minerals, herbs, pro/prebiotics and more that I need, but apparently it’s pineapple flavored.. say less. So! I was afraid to try it thinking that I would have explosive diarrhea or something but it hasn’t done that to me not one time. I tried it on its own with cold water and it was totally palatable! I’m kind of addicted to sugar too and it had a pleasant sweetness. I waited another day to try it again just to get my body a bit acclimated and honestly I feel like I didn’t even need to do that. It didn’t even give me gas or change my bowel movements as much as I thought it would. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. For example, I tried it on the go today while my husband drove in a long car ride and my AG1 drink was the only thing I would be having in my stomach for a while so I could see how well it worked. I had zero stomach upset and there was a moment where I felt a calmness come over me. I think it was the stress relieving adaptogens. I felt great. Did a quick Costco run and everything without having any bowel or stomach issues. And personally, I have figured out that I like to take a small container of coconut water and use that as the base for the drink and then I actually have a pineapple flavored liquid supplement that I add too and a couple drops of monk fruit sweetener. I drink it as fast as possible so it doesn’t get warm. It’s not that good warm. So yea! The one crazy thing that happened, which I think is a part of the detoxing process, is that my ph was thrown off. I think it had to do with my lymphatic system. I’ve been working on it. There was no other possible explanation. It’s still happening but at the same time, I’m feeling better, not as bloated, and not craving sugar like I normally do. I truly think this stuff is working. I also personally think that it should be a part of one’s daily routine ideally, but the price is absolutely way too steep for me to buy monthly. It is definitely packed with high quality ingredients tho, and I know that because I’ve studied them and I am really receptive and sensitive to changes in my body. I would absolutely consider repurchasing should they have a decent sale and I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s helping me become a healthier version of myself. Like, if you need a good kickstart on your health or weight loss journey, I think you should give this a try 100%. And this is coming from a very picky, critical person when it comes to food and any type of supplements. I don’t even do greens! But now I think they’re necessary. I forgot to add that it has improved my inflammation and skin tone. Read more

AG1 is absolutely worth its science-backed quality

bibliophilelindaJanuary 4, 2026

IMHO, AG1 is the superior multi-vitamin and pre-and-pro biotic supplement. After a lot of label comparisons and general supplement reading/research, I keep coming back to AG1. It offers a better nutritional foundation than Huel and popular gummy supplements—especially if you add the AG d3+k2 drops (which are sold as a separate liquid for quality-protection purposes). AG1 has helped decrease my appetite (especially in the morning) and increase my energy. For me, it tastes best with 4oz of low-sugar orange juice and 4oz of water. Mixing it with orange juice also supports better absorption of creatine supplements. Fiber supplements should be taken at least 4 hours before or after AG1 to avoid bloating and interfering with its pre/probiotic gut benefits. Pro tip: if you’re unsure whether or not AG1 is right for you, or will work well with your current supplement regime, ask AI to evaluate your supplement strategy. AG1 is worth the money for those who want to invest in their health. Read more

I don't know what it did, but I know it's incredible!

TXODorkOctober 5, 2025

I just kind of bought this on a whim, so I'm not even sure what all effect it was suppose to have. I figured I probably didn't eat quite enough veggies, and for my entire I've regularly digestive issue after dinner (2-3 times a week). It was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but I figured the per serving cost was worth it for knowing what I was getting and having something backed by at least some data. Well, they can charge me whatever they want now. I'll never stop buying this. I haven't had ANY digestion issues in WEEKS. None. I can't fathom what this stuff is doing to/for me to fix a problem I've had, and been to the doctor for multiple times, my entire life. One of the single most effective products I think I've ever purchased in my almost 40 years. It tastes pretty bad and smells even worse, but it mixes really easy, so I just do the 8 ounces and take it like a shot straight out of the shaker. Hard for me to comment on energy level, because that has never really been an issue for me, but I generally think I feel a little better during the day. I'm also sleeping better, which could mean I'm using more energy during the day. I couldn't be happier. Truly a marvel. Read more

High price for not totally organic

Angela EhrNovember 18, 2025

I saw all the hype about AG1 and the commercials that had actual users' stories, so I tried it. I couldn't stomach it with water unless I guzzled it...ugh! I began stirring it into my green juice and adding to smoothies...problem solved! I, did, see a difference in my energy level - no 2-3pm slump...looking for anything to pick me up until dinner. So, that was a plus! However, I didn't see a noticable difference in my digestion, probably because I already take probiotics and use fermented foods. The biggest disappointment is that for all the hype, it's not Certified Organic. I've read all the articles on their emphasis on non-GMO status and third party testing for pesticides/herbicides. But, wouldn't being certified organic save on costs for the third-party testing of non-organic ingredients? Of the green powders I would use, AG1 has the highest price point for the amount you get...and not being totally organic is too high a cost for me. Just my opinion, but for that price, it should be 100% something... Read more
