Very fine powder, mixes easily with water. TASTE: Amazing. Crisp, clean. Both tart and very slightly sweet all at the same time. Tastes like a bright Spring morning, it's sunshine in liquid form. Love it! BENEFITS: Noticeable! - EASES WATER RETENTION: For me, it's slightly diuretic. Don't drink this before a long drive or walking into a theater unless you'll have an easy opportunity to find a bathroom to pee. I actually like the mild diuretic benefits - I tend to retain water very easily and drinking this daily keeps my water retention much less of an issue. - HYDRATION:. Absolutely hydrating. It's been very hot and humid here and drinking this after a long fitness walk or working in the yard is game changer. Perfect for sports, amusement park days, pool days, post a night-out. Excellent to have on hand. - NON CAFFIENE PICK-ME-UP: No caffeine, but everything else in this gives me a little pick me up. Probably the hydration factor. Nice in the morning or late afternoon. Because there's no caffeine I can drink this before bed and wake up feeling hydrated and refreshed. - OVERALL WELLNESS:. I really do feel better when I drink this. PACKAGING: 3 Stars for the packaging because the packets are difficult to tear open. At home I just snip off the top of the packet with a pair of scissors. On-the-go they can be difficult to open. This also matters because the powder is very very fine and the packet needs to be easily and cleanly opened to reduce powder mess. This is blended very well. Not too sweet and no aftertaste from the Stevie which was my concern. The hydration level as a jump start morning drink works well for me. I put it in a 16 Oz water. I did have to shake a couple of times to dissolve fully but no big deal. I use for hydration and to start out my stomach on a good turn and it is helping thru hydration. This is definitely the cleanest electrolytes I’ve seen and tasted! I love how it has apple cider vinegar in it. With a good shake with water, this mixes up easily and tastes great! I love how it comes in individual packets so it’s super easy on the go and for travelling. Although it is a little more expensive than some other electrolytes, it is a quality product. It is worth the extra few dollars. I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs to stay more hydrated, doesn’t love water and something easy to incorporate into their day. As the brand is called morning routine I like to start my day before drinking coffee to have this in 16-20 oz of water. I really enjoy this stuff. Been having a problem with a lot of these hydration /electrolyte mixes not mixing well or not having much flavor. This one mixes so nice and taste like a non-sweet lemonade. You can smell the apple cider vinegar but it's not overwhelming. Enjoy starting my morning off with this. Read more
