I left the product review that you see below. However, I've changed the rating there because these folks gave me my money back after seeing that their product didn't work properly. Now, that's what I call a quality of service that is unmatched. As I said in the review the product works fine with the exception of the light indicators we not all working. So, now I would highly recommend the product because obviously you can't go wrong with a company that is that good at standing behind their products. I never did ask for a refund; they just gave it to me. So, thank you to them!! And purchase without fear. They stand by their products! It's sad when you receive a product that doesn't work correctly from the start. This product has blue lights for each USB port and only some of the lights work. Some are completely dark even though the button is pressed and is on. The good news is, the port still works (so far), but this is low quality control to have new items show up no working as they should, even if it's just a light. Read more

EXCELLENT BUILD QUALITY! TRANSFER SPEEDS AS ADVERTISED! I had some questions about connecting multiple devices to the hub and how to stagger them properly best and most stable performance The AGEEN tech support was prompt, informative and along with other information here's what they told me. "To provide some context on power specifications: 1. Each individual USB port supports a load of 15W (5V/3A) 2. Every 4 USB ports combined support a total load of 30W (5V/6A)" My interaction with AGEEN tech support tells me that they care about their customers and products which is rare these days! The information they provided helped me get the most stable performance from the hub. Please note that if you connect multiple high bandwidth USB drives/bays or devices to the hub you may exceed the bandwidth of your motherboard's USB controller and have disconnection issues which is not the fault of the hub. I solved this issue by installing a separate PCIe USB controller (Startech) to share the loads of my high performance drive bays. I have been using this on my Lenvo Desktop PC for over a month now with 10 USB memory sticks plugged in as well as a wireless Polycom head set and Fujitsu Scan Snap ix1600 scanner. I leave the Polycom and Fujitsu turned on all the time and only enable the Memory sticks when I'm using them. Data read/write is just as fast as when items are plugged directly into the PC.
