My husband loves this sleeping bag! The material is very similar to luxury brand. He was able to use it camping once in northern Michigan early November and kept him very warm! Read more
exterior is a mild duck cloth and interior is 100% cotton flannel. it feels very good inside; it is very warm. it will not slide off a ground cloth or air mattress like bags with synthetic shells. the inside opens up just like in the description; it is a good value for the price. the hood is non detachable which is fine for me. with no zipper at the neck and being a solid piece going from the body into the hood just keeps it more thermal. drawstring pulls work fine. there is also a drawstring inside the lining right at the top of the bag. this is a nice size bag, i use a queen sheet doubled up as a liner and squirm around all night and nothing gets bunched up by morning. it is a comfortable bag for sure. because the entire liner of the bag is really another separate sleeping bag, the zipper system is a bit strange but works fine. foto shows how all the zippers meet at the feet end of the bag; there is a set of zippers for the liner so it can be completely removed and then again for the main bag. when the liner is in place, its zippers sit just inside of the main bag zipper set out of the way. first foto shows that the stitching where all the zippers meet at the toe is not crafted so well in design but all the stitching is solid. air might come in a bit at the toe where all the bag pieces come together like shown in the second foto but i don't care 'cause bag is big enough to put clothes at the toe to keep warm for the morning and not interfere with a good sleep. for reference, i am 5'10" 155#. it really is a well designed bag except for where the zippers all meet; not a deal breaker because it really is a fine bag for cold weather. it is the only all cotton bag i could find for really cold camping particularly with the duck cloth exterior. however, i would prefer it to have a left side zipper. i give it 4 stars and not 5 because of the zipper weirdness at the toe juncture and because it has a right side envelope; all in all, a really nice sleeping bag. to get in carry sack, fold the bag along the black seam in the shell and then roll and then start by putting carry bag on at the smaller end; do it once and you will understand. it's a creative strap system to tighten it up on the carry bag and it works well; be patient when taking it out of the carry bag because it will really be stuffed into it being an all cotton bag which will have expanded since you last put it in the stuff sack. honestly, who knows what knock-off company makes this piece of gear but i am glad i found it and at this price point. I have used this bag for several camping and hunting trips. It is warm and comfy. The zippers work great and I was even surprised when my tent leaked water from the roof on the bag and it puddled up on the top canvas, rather than absorbing into the bag. That would have made for a long, miserable night sleeping in a wet bag! Read more

This is a great bag. Roomy and versatile. However, I took it to the cleaners to have cleaned b/4 use because it can’t be machine dryed and I don’t have room to hang it. They followed the washing instructions and now the batting is all bunched up on the liner and the shell. The zipper also came un-sewed but they fixed that. Kind of disappointing. I’m hoping with use it will flatten out. Read more
I've owned nothing but Coleman bags all my life. I'm impressed with this bag. Just did a week camping trip in 30F and below temperatures. I stayed warm and comfortable. I'd recommend this bag to anyone looking for a good product for a good price. Read more
Sleeping bag is nice but the problem I had was the zipper is loose. It didn’t break, but when I move around the zipper slides down and lets my body heat out and the cold air in. If it had a stiffer or stronger zipper it would be a great product. Read more
