I have to wear it very snug to keep it in place. I generally also wear a stretchband cuff over it at work (kitchen). It does help curb over extension to some extent and offers some support. It is very good quality and easy to clean, perhaps a little overpriced. Not sure whether the magnets have anything to do with the pain relief I've experienced, BUT I have had less frequent pain. Just like others have said, the listing picture is misleading because it shows 2 but you really only get ONE brace. That aside, I won't take off a star for it because I did LOVE the brace!! I do have carpal tunnel syndrome, but only require support when I have "flare ups" and luckily, I've been okay for a while so I can't yet speak to how well it will work for that. The support level is light since it IS small and thin so there's only so much it can PHYSICALLY support your wrist. It is SO easy to wear no matter your wrist size because it just wraps around with the magnets! The magnets are what the brace is composed of and are very strong. I'm not sure 100% how "magnetic therapy works" but it does work. I tend to get some joint pain before and sometimes during my period and I used this brace with success. My pain went away with it. I even slept with it a couple of nights and it's very comfortable as long as you loosen it up a little more than your normal wear...otherwise, it's gonna leave you heavy marks and your wrist will sweat! Because of how slim it is, you can easily wear a long sleeve shirt or jacket over it without it looking bulky as shown in my picture. It's easy to remove and put on so easy to alternate between where you want to wear it if both wrists need support. I just wish they had a cheaper 2 for 1 option or a sale to get you 2 (Price is $49.98 at the time this review was written). Product is good if you need light support or want to try magnetic therapy. While this magnetic one does provide a modicum of support, it's very minor. A traditional wrist brace provides way more support. But if the option is between wearing nothing and wearing this. I would wear this one at least. It does help a little bit, but nowhere near as much as I would hope for something that cost $49.98. It is very comfortable, and I do forget I'm wearing it which is nice. It's also so small you can leave it on and go out and most people won't even notice. I will probably keep using this in the future. But I don't think I'll buy another one to make this a set for my other wrist. I will just alternate between hands instead.
