What a great piece of equipment. I was reluctant to choose this stand based on its price. But I decided to take the risk and I'm glad I did. It is machined extremely well, has an excellent finish, and is assembled very nicely. It adjusts easily using the included hex wrench, extends to a good height, and is very stable even when fully extended. When not in use it folds nicely. The screen clamp seems strong enough to hold my 15" monitor. The only issue I perceive is the wrench isn't great, but should be adequate if the user ensures it is fully seated before using it. I was planning to use this for the 15" monitor, but I have decided my 10.5" monitor is sufficient for my needs. It's tall enough to hold the monitor over my laptop screen. And no, I don't work for the manufacturer or seller, but when I find a very good product I like to let people know (same with crappy products). Update two days later. I noticed other reviewers have issues with the joints not staying in position. IF you tighten them tight they should be fine. The only problem there is the included hex wrench isn't very good. Someone stated they couldn't find a properly fitting hex wrench and purchased a 3/16" wrench. It actually needs a metric 3mm wrench, which fits perfectly. I got a "WISEUP 3mm t handle allen wrench" from Amazon and it's great. Strong and compact. There are many others that would serve the purpose just as well. Read more

I am using the stand to place an Arzopa Z1RC 16" Portable Monitor above a 15" MacBook Air. The Mac is in a shell case so that ads about 1/2" to its height. The bottom of the panel just clears the laptop lid/display when at full height (The lower lip of the monitor is hidden behind the lid, which would be how I want it: seamless from panel to panel). The ball joint mechanism of the stand allows for tilting of the monitor, though I have it flat as it is the perfect ergonomic height. The stand is solid, stable, attractive and, for a smaller laptop lid, is easily adjusted for whatever height is desired. I consider this a good purchase. Read more

I’m impressed with the quality and how well this monitor holder works. It feels sturdy and stable, even with regular use. I wasn’t sure what to expect from something so compact, but it holds the monitor securely and doesn’t wobble or shift. Setup was simple, and the build quality exceeded my expectations. Great value if you need a portable solution that doesn’t compromise on stability. Read more

This stand is perfection, like some of you here I also read the occasional review that this stand crumbles under the weight of the screen. It sure does! And then you take the included tool and give each joint a quarter turn. Well built, well priced, does exactly what you hope. Two thumbs way up! Read more

This does not extend high enough to display the entire portable monitor above my laptop. The one spec needed to determine this is not given. In my case, the spindle height needs to be 14.5". As you can see in my photo, it is 1.75" too short and hides that portion of the screen. The quality seems ok, however, the clamp that holds the monitor is plastic, while the rest is metal. The clamp takes the most stress, but is made of the lower grade material, and over time with constant opening (stretching), the weakest point will fail. It also comes with an Allen wrench to tighten it, but there is nowhere to attach it so it doesn't get lost. All-in-all it seems to be a good product, but, IMO, it is overpriced, especially with the clamp being plastic. I also received a used item. Read more

The AiFeelife Portable Monitor Holder is a solid addition to my workspace! I’ve been using it for my 15.6-inch portable monitor, and it holds the screen securely while offering great adjustability. The metal stand feels sturdy, and the expandable base accommodates different screen sizes seamlessly, which is perfect for switching between my monitor and tablet. I love how compact and portable this stand is—it’s easy to set up and fold away when I’m on the go. The desktop clamp is strong, keeping everything in place, and the adjustable angles help me find the most comfortable viewing position. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the clamp can be a little tricky to adjust on thicker desks. However, it’s not a dealbreaker and works well once set up. Overall, this is a fantastic, versatile stand that enhances my productivity, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable monitor holder! Read more

I have a portable monitor that I use for chats at work, the built in stand is awful. This is a major upgrade and holds it right where I want it. Plus it also holds it in portrait mode if you like that sort of thing. The only caveat being the base is just light enough that in certain positions it can want to fall over but only in awkward positions most will not use it in. Read more

When I open the package and it was dismantled at first, I was a bit dismayed. Then I realized how easy it was to put together. I definitely need to use the Allen key to tighten up some of the joints since even though I’m using a super lightweight 16 inch panel monitor it kept tipping forward until I’ve tightened it up. The stability is good and the clamp is good too. I’m contemplating ordering another one after I’ve experimented with similar products. Read more
