My 9 yr old has flat feet, his grandma, who's a physical therapist bought one of these inserts to help support his arch. We tried it in one of his shoes and he wore them all day. After a week, he wore one of his shoes without them and realized how much better his feet felt with them! I just ordered 3 more for his other shoes. Very happy with them. Total game changer! My grandson has flat feet and poor thing has trouble with walking and always complaining about pain in his feet. Although thick, these provide excellent support for kid’s feet. My son pronates his feet quite a bit. I’m worried he’ll end up with bunions and foot problems like I have if we don’t keep up with it.
