These are very nice shoe inserts, to help add some arch support and to relive foot pain. They have a nice pronounced arch shape. They are flexible and easy to insert into the shoe or boot, and fit nicely. They are comfortable to wear all day, and it becomes very noticeable that they are absent in my other shoes. Read more

I really like how much these support my arches. The main part of the foot is soft and comfortable, but firm enough to keep you stable. The lining is a soft fabric that feels good enough that you can use these without socks. The heel and insole are a stiffer plastic, and the toe portion is just foam. These fit well into my shoes and stay put. I need to order more for my other boots. Read more

I can't believe how COMFY these are! I had to see a specialist for my aching feet and learnt I'm flat-footed after years of going shoe-free at home. I now wear supportive house slippers at home, and never wear shoes without arch-support insoles. These insoles by Ailaka are truly great quality and ~$15 less than what the specialist sold to me. I'm a size 9, female, and did need to trim these to fit my converse. Easily done with a normal pair of scissors. I give these an easy 5 stars. They're a dream for my flat feet. Read more

I swapped in these insoles in for floppier removable ones in to a pair of trusty NB fresh foam everyday runners, and I swear I heard my feet sing a little bit when I slipped on the shoes. Seriously, though, the new insoles are super comfortable and a lot more supportive and corrective for low arches and pronation, so that a pair of sneakers I've used almost exclusively for short errands I can now comfortably wear for longer walking excursions. My sneakers are womens size 9, and at first I thought the size 9-10 Women in these insoles was going to be a little too long, as they measure 7/16" longer than the insoles they're replacing. Somehow they work, though, maybe filling in extra toe space, and if needed, the new insoles can be trimmed. With a list price of almost half the cost of the shoes, I might have done as well to buy a better pair of sneakers, but I appreciate that these insoles will probably get me another year or two of wear from some well loved sneakers. I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and they’ve been great. I’m on my feet all day, and these insoles provide excellent support and cushioning that really helps. They absorb shock well, so my feet don’t feel as tired or sore after long shifts. What I like most is how sturdy they feel without being too bulky. My shoes still fit comfortably, and I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing space or comfort. Overall, they work great and have made standing all day much more manageable. Read more

I have a foot deformity and rely on insoles. I’ll admit I was hesitant to try a different brand, but these won me over. When you flip the insole over, there are trim lines to help customize the fit for your shoe or boot. I wear a very specific brand of field boot that accommodates my foot, and these insoles fit perfectly. The photo shows the wear and tear of my old pair, which endured walking in both ocean and freshwater, as well as on sand, rock, mud, and hard surfaces. The pressure points on my foot had worn right through them, so it was definitely time for a replacement. Wearing these new insoles feels like walking on clouds. They hug my foot and provide excellent stability inside the boot. Note: I removed the original insole from the boot to fit the replacements. It’s difficult to find something that prevents feeling rocks underfoot or absorbs the harsh shock to your shins when sprinting on hard surfaces. These do both. I suspect they won’t last quite as long as my previous pair due to the heel design; this one is softer and flexible, whereas the other was molded to fit my heel and not flexible. But for the price, I have no complaints. Read more

With high arches, narrow heel, and little natural padding on the soles of my feet, I have worn inserts for many years. These are good ones. I made the mistake of buying a pair of expensive but attractive athletic shoes with little support to them last year. I have not been able to wear those shoes until I slipped this set of inserts into them. Instantly these shoes became not only wearable, but my go-to shoes for walking. The cushiony heel of these inserts is very helpful; it provides support to my foot, as does the well-padded, but rigid arch. These inserts work very well in most of my shoes, though are a bit wider than some footwear I own. I don’t want to cut these inserts down as they fit nicely as-is in boots and tennis shoes. I might have to buy a second pair for narrower shoes but it will be money well spent. Read more

These insoles are expensive, but they are worth it. They can be trimmed to size and they do have the best cushioning I have felt in insoles before. There are multiple layers of cushioning in key locations. I have plantar fasciitis and these help a lot. Read more
