offer some cushioning and basic arch support, but they didn’t fully relieve my foot pain. The material feels durable and does absorb shock well, which makes them comfortable for short periods. However, after wearing them all day, I noticed some discomfort around the heel and arch, especially when used in tighter shoes or boots. The sizing runs a bit off, so trimming was necessary for a proper fit. Overall, they’re okay for light use or short shifts, but not ideal for standing or walking long hours.
