I bought a medium and felt thought it was too big, so I ended up returning and getting a small. I'm 5'6'' and about 150lb. I went with a small which was perfect, not too loose but not too tight. The chest area is a little awkward on this top, I do have a chest and it doesn't sit perfect, there is a little pulling around the front of the chest/front of the arms a little bit, but it's good enough, barely noticeable. I like the top overall, good fabric, love the color. A group of girls and I bought this top as our "group top" for hiking the Grand Canyon -- and no we did not die!! So tight everywhere, size up probably 2 sizes if you have boobs. The tank itself is well made and the orange and green colors are beautiful, but so undersized. I like it enough that I'm sizing up from a medium to a XL in hopes it will work for me. I'll try to remember to provide an update if it works or not. I'm 5'2" 148lbs and 33DD I have bought several size medium tanks and tees recently from different manufacturers and they have all fit TTS.
