Love these so much I bought many of them. Sizing is pretty flexible depending on how revealing you want to be. I normally wear a men's medium, but the x-small fits nice and snug. I bought both sizes to compare and I like the feel of both but go with the x-small when I want to be daring. I have washed them many times, even experimented with soaking them in bleach overnight to see if they lose their color and only the black trim faded, the rest stayed nice and bright. A few pairs I modified by removing the inner liner, but be careful, it's easy to cut the outer side while doing so. After the liner is removed these become super sexy lounge wear, but you might not want to risk going to the store in, unless you're really brave. Very much impressed with these shorts. SUPER soft and silky. My purchase was with the intent to use these for home gym workout and/or outdoor running. For the home gym they are great. I purchased both the yellow and the bright blue pair. Both are very sexy and cute with the retro colors. The contrasting piping makes it so vintage looking. I would not feel comfortable wearing these shorts to my local gym - I do not think they would attract the right kind of attention. I wear a 34-inch waist pant because of my butt size but really only need a 33-inch waist. For these shorts I purchased both a medium pair and a large pair. I was unsure which would fit best. It turns out that they both fit well for different purposes. The mediums are perfectly sexy for a home workout. They are short and fitted (not tight). I do notice a good deal of “printing” of my manliness if wearing these shorts in this size without underwear. If worn in public I would strongly suggest wearing some sort of undergarment. The next size up - the large - would be perfect for a vintage looking running short. However I am not confident these shorts could serve as running shorts. I believe they are a bit too heavy. Instead of one layer and a thin lining, these shorts are two layers of the same material - and it feel like it would not be very lightweight to run in. I might give it a try on a cooler day and see how they do. Like I said, no lining so I would be forced to wear a third layer to control any unwanted bounce. Overall I am super happy with the quality of the garment. Very soft, very comfortable. I am so pleased in fact I am considering trying some or the other items they offer. Really like these shorts. The fabric is cool and breezy with little to no restriction for easy work outs. They are not lined so they work well with a jock-strap for working out. I am a 34 waist and I selected the size "34 to 36" -- The waist size on the shorts are basically a 36 with a drawstring to decrease as need down to a size 34. The draw string is an ample length to accomplish size decrease. Because of the type of shorts they are I don't care for the gathered look not to mention the leg openings are for someone that wears a size 36 so a bit large around my legs as a smaller person. These are 100% polyester so throwing in dryer is not a good idea. Machine wash & air dry. Definitely would buy again but in the size "32 to 34" since this would most likely fit properly. The quality of the shorts is good. I only marked 4 star because the sizing should be done Per each waist size individually not dual sizes for the style of shorts these are. Read more
not see thru but mesh fabric was Not what I was looking for ..went to return. However they run small as well seemingly for me . although they are a smaller style and tighter they felt great and made well. Quality is excellent. However for small they are well fitted. Think of the slim dress shirts or fitted shirts and apply that to these shorts. Again excellent quality etc pair but get the right size and correct liner for your self. Really a 5 for what they are...but a bit small and tight style for me. Will depend on your build. If i lost 10 and slimmed out a bit more style fit perfect . Read more

These truly are really good shorts. I'm a big guy and they are very flattering. Was a nice bonus. The material is awesome and they are well made. I bought for a cruise to wear as part of a costume but these make great shorts to wear around the house. If I was younger I would definitely wear these to the gym or in public as I said these are VERY flatteringly cut for men. Ladies... get your man this... you won't be disappointed. Read more
It's a great short, don't get me wrong, the quality is sturdy, and the color is vibrant and exciting. Now I'm sure I ordered the wrong size, but the only downfall was that there was not enough room in the mid section for all of the goodies. Not too sure if these shorts were designed with men in mind, but there's no space for the front bits! I highly suggest ordering a size up.
