A coworker gave me a couple packets of this when I mentioned that I liked drinking matcha. I love how easily it dissolves in water. There are no weird clumps - just smooth from start to finish. It's especially convenient that it's the perfect amount for a standard 16oz water bottle. I haven't tried drinking plain matcha hot without making it a latte, but I really have enjoyed this one cold or room temp without adding anything to it without a problem; it tastes great as is to me. I wouldn't buy this again—it's too sweet for for my taste. I knew it was going to be sweet, just not so distractingly sweet. I countered the sugar with a few dashes of Angostura bitters which def helped. (I prefer their unsweetened Green Tea Powder version.) The one-star commenters about corn fiber and cancer can always be depended on to grouse about something. You'd have to drink buckets a day to pose a risk. Read more
