I wanted a keyboard that had a mechanical feel and was also really beautiful. This fits both of these categories and it is also really affordable in comparison to other mechanical keyboards. Since it is Bluetooth connection it is also a great keyboard to use with an iPad. I type a lot and will soon be back to doing some transcription work. This keyboard feels good and is lightweight enough to move from room to room. I added a little washi tape on the space bar to give it a cute embellishment as you can see from the picture in my review. If you were used to typing and learning on a mechanical keyboard and miss that feeling - this keyboard 100% fits the bill without breaking the bank or having to be wired. I was able to connect it to my iPad relatively quickly too - so, the set up is also easy. The only thing I’m slightly unsure about is the auto shut off function and if it will actually help reserve battery time since it is a bit of a hassle to have to take out the batteries every single time. The media could not be loaded. this keyboard is so cute :) the colors are even better in person! the photos really don’t do it justice. the keys have a creamy, satisfying sound when typing, and the overall aesthetic is just perfect. i love that the knob lets you change the light colors and patterns easily and being able to customize the animated screen is such a fun touch! id just like to mention that in order to customize the pic you have to go on the ajazz website and download the software. make sure you download the one that says “ajazz 980 with screen” :) hope you enjoy the keyboard as much as i do! 🌸 Read more

I connect this keyboard to my phone to type faster when working on the story I am writing. It's very easy to connect via Bluetooth. It's a very cute pastel pink which I love! It's sturdy and light. It only takes two AAA batteries though I think a charging ability would be a great feature. The keys are a very soft clacky sound and performance-wise, it works amazing. There is no delay in pressing the keys and the letters showing up on my phone. I bought this as a returned item since it was cheaper. I was hesitant since it was already used, but this is definitely one of my favorite purchases I've ever made. Read more

I bought 3 of them when they had a sale. Overall the stock keys and switches are a great pair. I changed my key caps on 2 boards. 1 board felt great. The other needed new switches to make it feel less sensitive. Other than that it comes with Bluetooth, internal battery, usb c, wireless usb, and fully mechanical. The color options with the blue and white were really nice. I’ve ordered some keyboard where they didn’t function as well. This keyboard responds really well and can be used for gaming. Read more

So the vendor here gave me a great deal on the Ajazz Ak980 that comes with their top of the line Lychee linear switches that goes for $1.50 per switch all for $51, they retail for $70 I believe and boy this is the best keyboard I have ever. It's butter smooth and quiet when you press the keys. I highly recommend it if you're look for a quality keyboard that's easy on your fingers, quiet, and highly responsive. I absolutely LOVE this keyboard. I recently got a new office job that I'm able to use my own peripherals for, so I started looking. This one caught my eye because I can hook it up to multiple devices AND change out the keys. Straight out of the box, I was able to hook it up via bluetooth to my personal Microsoft Surface, work Lenovo AND my iPhone plus an extra connection with the USB to our home desktop (and it works GREAT using any of the connections). I haven't changed out any keys yet, but I'm excited to give that a try eventually. Another perk is getting to change the background lighting and being able to create my own after downloading the program. The clickiness is just clicky enough to be an extremely satisfying sound, but not so loud that I'm able to use it in my fairly quiet office setting and not bother my new coworkers! The battery life has been awesome too! I charged it completely a week and a half ago and I've used it 8 hours a day for 5 days and it's now about 65%. I have been using it mostly with the lights off at work, mostly because it's hard to see them there anyway. Read more

I absolutely love this keyboard and the way it works, but it doesn't work (at least not for me). I received it on August 14, have used it a handful of times, and now it will not turn on. I tried replacing the batteries (with a brand new pair) and it still won't turn on. Even before that, I would have to remove the keyboard from any device I was connecting it to and re-pair it. I'm completely bummed bc it really is the perfect keyboard for me, it just won't work. Read more
