Got a defective one.

I cannot say for others, because there’s a lot of great reviews on here. So I have to assume that I just got a defective toy, but this suction doesn’t work on anything. We tried it on our wood floors, it didn’t work so I got it wet, thinking it would create a better suction, still nothing I thought maybe the wood floors just have some defects that won’t allow it to properly suction, so we tried it on the window, it made absolutely no attempt to suction to the window. This thing is supposed to have 200 pounds worth of section and it just didn’t do anything at all literally nothing at all so I have to assume that I just got a defective one because other people seem to have no problem suctioning this Wherever they want to. I am also not a fan of the Styrofoam like rubber quality of the actual toys. The suction itself and the rope seemed really well well-made. If this had suction, I probably would’ve been ecstatically happy with it. And I would’ve just switched out the toys with something a little better quality. But unfortunately, that is not the case. I really wanted this to work however I tried many different surfaces and I could not get it to suction I even used the pad that they provided and it would not stay put. However the ball and ring my puppy enjoyed because it was soft and we were able to use it on a rope I hooked to the door instead. Read more

Updated review: I changed it from 1 star to 3 stars because the seller did give me a refund. But beware that these are not made for small breeds as their tiny canines will get stuck in that foam. I should also add that That the auction only stayed suctioned to the provided floor sticker for about 2-3 minutes and that was without it being touched. Original review: I just got this and was all excited to let my pup play with it. His canines get stuck in the foam and I literally have to pry the ball and ring off his teeth. Not good at all!!!!
