I've been purchasing based on reviews for awhile now, I wasn't 100% sure about this one as a lot of people commented on the smell of this bag and some had returned it because of that. Well, I'm very sensitive to smell in general and unfortunately, the bag does come with a strong smell when you first open it, and a few days after. BUT, it's definitely fading away after a short week or so, and I do really like this as an everyday purse. The compartments on the inside are great to separate my wallet, lipsticks/makeup, toiletries, etc. and there are no visible damages or missing parts which was another thing I was concerned about after reading previous reviews. The brown color is very nice and looks like it cost a lot more than the price I paid! The only downfall is that you really can't fit anything heavier like a lap top in it, I was hoping to ditch my separate lap top bag and use this as my main work bag during the week but it's too small and not sturdy enough for a 13" MacBook Pro. I'm still using it regardless, because it's cute, but keep that in mind if you're looking for more of a work bag! Happy shopping! Read more

Bag has many positives, size, attractive, and comfortable. But the finishes, buttons, the black edging begins to breakdown after a few uses. It's not durable in the handle finishing and some of the stitching is beginning to loosen and loose its threads. It would be nice if it had more sturdy pockets as well. Read more

This bag now shows unavailable and the price has been removed from my order details but I think it cost around $30. The design is classic and material is sturdy, but the strap suddenly broke off on me! It is deep senough without being bulky & I really liked how the base sits firmly without caving in or sloping in any direction like other bags. It can hold paper folders/notebooks and a bottle of water for busy, on-the-go gals. But the inside 'open' pockets are not deep enough to hold lipstick, small make-up or pens; those kept falling out and I had to dig for them all the time. Overall, this bag will last you about 2 months of regular use: don't overload it because the straps are not made to handle much weight although the bag itself feels strong. Pity, coz I thought I'd found my bag-partner for a while as I like to avoid swapping purses in between work & various outings. The color is so pretty and surprisingly did not clash with my clothes on any given day. "Charles & Ketth" fix the straps and work on the inside a little more. Read more

Bought mine in 2019. Love it! Never intended it to be used for every day - every day, but it has. Love every thing about it. I’ve traveled with it, it fits my iPad, phone, small toiletries bag & sunglasses with no problem. When shopping the cross body strap is terrific, hands are free. It always looks classy- casual. UPDATE***** After ONE time of using it (taking it outside of my home), thr strap completely broke off sending my belongings allll over the store floor. I'monly giving 1 star because it's cute and a decent size. HOWEVER, the inside of the purse is detached from the exterior part for the exception of where the handles are connected. Right off the bat I noticed that the zippers are extremely flimsy/chinsy and two of the three are broken (will not zip closed).
