This is one of the few pimple patches I have found that does work well. It actually stays in place in stead of sliding around which is half the battle. These pull out all the gunk about 75% of the time. I have used about 10 differnt brands of patches and these are my #2 option which considering the alternatives is pretty good. I have noticed when I use it on a cyst that when you pull the patch off in the morning if it is full then it will leave a lot of sticky residue behind which is easily washed off but can be a little hard to pull off. If the patch didn't get very full it comes off with no issue. These do not ever fall off in the middle of the night which is a huge plus since Cheaper brands have fallen off in the middle of the night and I have found them on my sheets the next day. If you are looking for a good value I recommend these over the boxes with over 100 patches. Trust me from experience those "value packs" do not give you much value since you can't even use all the patches. Read more

I’ve had acne since middle school. Now in my 30s, I still breakout and can expect a larger flare up with my monthly cycle. These patches are by far my favorite pimple patch and I’ve tried every drug store brand. I used to find these patches in wal mart and now repeat order on Amazon. They are easy to use, aren’t noticeable, and can stay on all day or night without falling off. They literally drain and flatten swollen breakouts overnight or throughout the day. Pulling off the patch is so satisfying to see all the gunk on the patch and how flat the breakout is.
