For starters, the consistency is very watery. I wouldn't entirely describe this as a gel like substance. After applying this to my face, I immediately started to experience a burning sensation. As the burning went away, it began to sting. Then it proceeded to make my face itchy. I have no idea why. I would think something advertised as gentle and natural wouldn't do these things. Lastly, the bottle looks different from the picture advertised. Its not a big deal since they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the listing.
