Great budget-friendly choice for those who are beginners with alcohol markers
I'll admit that I'm a little bit of an alcohol marker snob. I've used all kinds and I love them. The most important aspect about alcohol markers is the quality of the ink. If the ink doesn't lay well and blend nicely, I'll gift them to a kid. I actually like this set of alcohol markers despite some quirks. The packaging is lackluster. There's a tray at the bottom of the pouch that's meant to help your markers stand up but I find it cumbersome to try to put the markers back in it, so I took the tray out. There was no swatch card, or at least there wasn't a swatch card in mine. That's not a huge deal because any paper is a swatch card, it's just nice to have the ones with holes in them so you can quickly match a color to a reference. Some of the chisel nibs were weirdly shaped, as if they weren't cut quite right in the manufacturing process which made drawing with them a bit odd but still functional. What I like about these markers despite all that is that the ink quality is very good, and I was able to create some beautiful paintings with them. They lay smooth, dry quickly, and seem to be durable. So if you've never used alcohol markers before and want to try them out without breaking the bank I would recommend this set. Read more

Big variety and dual sides.
The media could not be loaded. I was excited to try these markers for my adult coloring books. I bought a set for my goddaughter too. I found the markers to be so-so. The ink was drying out faster than I thought it should and I noticed color bleeding as I was coloring. The marker name on a few was missing the print and the actual shades on some were much darker than the cap color. I found one marker tip that was like wire and was not suitable for coloring ( see photo). I did like the dual option for fine/broad. Read more
Bleed a lot
The ad says No Bleeding. Not so. I let my 7 year old Granddaughter use these and was so glad I put plastic down before she did. The attached pictures are on 60# cardstock paper. First picture front and then the back. There are a lot of colors. My Granddaughter was ecstatic with the 10 pink variations. The pricing was great. The storage case a nice addition. Won't be able to use them for what I needed, but my Grandkids will get get use out of them as long as I protect whatever surface they are drawing on. Read more
