Alegria didn’t disappoint as usual, I absolutely love their boots above all. This was my first time getting this boot, I wanted something that I could wear with jeans or flare leggings. They are so comfortable, the style is beautiful. I have to go by EU sizes because every brand is different for a size 11 for example. So I got the trusted 42 and they fit like a glove. I have plantar fasciitis and these support my arches great. The quality appears to be good. I did just get them so if that changes I shall edit to describe. Read more

First off, I read numerous reviews by other people complaining they had a high arch and could not get this shoe on their feet. If you can't get this shoe on that means you did not purchase the right size. I have a high arch and fairly wide foot, there is more than ample room to easily slide this shoe on my foot with no friction whatsoever. This is my third pair of Alegria's and I know that I wear a (EU38/ US 8-8.5) Amazon suggested to me that a 7 1/2 would fit me best, I ignored that because I know I need the EU 38, it fits perfectly! My first pair came from a local shoe store, if you are unsure of sizing it might help to try some on locally if possible. This pair of short boots are by far the absolute most comfortable pair I have to far. These are like a dream, right out of the box no break in needed. I have these same boots in the black upgrade and they are a divine, comfortable pair of shoes. When the pine gale went on sale, I snapped them up. Same size, but not the same fit. The shoes are beautiful, but rubbed the tops of my toes when I put them on, so back they go. Maybe just a wonky pair. Otherwise, I love this style and do plan on buying another color. Read more

For me, who has back issues these are the best shoes for me. I now own 4 pairs. Two brown one black and one green. Waiting to see if they find some other colors to make that can add to my wardrobe. Red is not an option. Read more

First time I have been able to wear shoes my own size size due to the wide toolbox. Great quality with a Velcro closure which allows for more room in the shoe. I have plantar issues and the support in the sole is perfect. It was a little tight at the beginning, but the leather stretched out nicely, super comfortable. Read more
