I love love the black pepper in these potato puffs! It really comes through and gives them such a great kick. I make them in the air fryer and they turn out perfectly crispy every time. They cook pretty quickly in less than 10 minutes. They're so good and poppable, they don't even need a dip. Amazon often has them much cheaper than anywhere else, so I stock up. Wanted some tater tots (wait, is that trademarked?) and found these, which are smaller than your typical tater tots. I have a "personal" air fryer, which has very little capacity, but I load just enough for the small basket, and they do come out crispy! Don't overcook it though, or they'll be dry as heck. Use those cocktail forks and try dipping them in salsa, hummus, even garlic aeoli, guac, or even... "Korean BBQ sauce", if you want to try other flavor combos... or just eat them as is.
