The fabric was only called Easy Care Fabric. I tried to find out exactly what the material was, but I couldn't get an answer. I assumed it would be good. The fabric is: 75% rayon and 22% nylon. Had I known that, I would not have ordered it. I followed the laundry instructions: cool water, delicate cycle, and line dry. The tag said low iron as needed. Iron AS NEEDED turned out to be EVERY INCH & it took a long time. The only good thing is that they fit well, but I won't want to wear them often. Read more

Did not fit, would not exchange

I bought these pants on a "try before you buy" option. The price was $31. The word petite appears not once but twice in the description - that is false advertising, as others have said. I am capable of hemming them, but decided to just send them back as they were only too long but too big. After I requested a return label, I decided I should just exchange and get the smaller size. I was able to cancel the return, but, unlike when I crated the return, there was no exchange option. In order to resolve this I had to contact Customer service. They were able to generate another return label. However, if I want to reorder them in my size, the cost has gone up about $15. So, no thanks! Don't mess with this company. Read more
