I buy these for my mother-in-law who resides in a nursing home. It is easy for her to slip these on with the elastic waist band. She likes to have pockets to carry around her room key and Kleenex. I like that the Alfred Dunner pants come in petite short size. I don't have to spend more money having them shortened! I have been buying these for her for the past 10 years..
