The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this automatic ball launcher for about a year now. We don’t use it every single day, but when we do pull it out, it works flawlessly. In fact, after an entire year, we’ve just now had to recharge it—which tells you a lot about how often (and how efficiently) it’s been used. The dogs absolutely love it and get a solid workout every time it’s out. Fair warning if you have a high-drive dog: my Belgian Malinois would happily play fetch until she drops if we allowed it, so we definitely have to set time limits. Overall, it’s a great tool for exercise, entertainment, and burning off extra energy—just be prepared to be the responsible one when your dog has no off switch. 😄 Read more
When it worked, it worked well. My dog loved it and figured out dropping the ball in the top quickly. I live in interior Alaska and it’s frequently too cold to play outside with her, so this was a life saver. However…it completely stopped working after one month. Just totally died. We troubleshooted everything we could, but it’s well and truly dead. One day outside of the return window, conveniently. I feel like I wasted my money and my dog is now super sad to not have it to play with anymore. Read more
We really enjoy how functional this is and how well it launches a tennis ball. The only downside is that it scares our dogs, and after several weeks of trying to get them adjusted, they are terrified of it. It does make a soft sound as it is launching, which immediately sends our dogs to take cover somewhere. as long as your dogs are not scaredy-cats, this would be a great toy for them. Read more
I purchased this because my son's GSP was constantly wanting someone to throw a ball to him. I wanted something that would entertain him and that he could be trained to use on his own. My son has been using this for over a week in his backyard in Texas. Setup was very simple and easy. I like that you can change the distance the ball travels. I like that it can be plugged in or charged for on the go adventures. I like that it is durable and made well. If you are looking for an automatic dog ball launcher this one is solid and I highly recommend it. Even though it's a little pricey, it is worth the price. Read more
Dog loved it but it quit working in a couple months. Read more
Bought this for our three dogs to play with in the winter as Houston is typically cold and rainy and limits outside play, this will be our new winter indoor activity. We are still in the learning process of putting the ball back in the launcher, we have only played with it a handful of times at most and they retrieve the balls back to the launcher but haven’t consistently put it back IN the launcher when there is a human at the launcher to do it for them. As we play with it more I know they will catch the concept along with the balls. Love that the product has three launching distances, indoor I’m using the short distance. Having 6 balls is also great, right now they are launching and rolling under the Christmas tree and my newly tri-pod dog cannot go under to get them. The ball launcher is super easy to use, I didn’t even have to look at the instructions. The design is nice and it is built very well. This launcher was a bit pricier than others but it had the best reviews. I used Amazon coupons, rewards and a gift cards and got it for zero dollars. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and the dogs have allot of fun with it and get excited when I bring it out. I have not had any problems with this product, the only slight thing to mention is that once about every 10 or more balls the launcher throws the next ball up will just sit, a little nudge from me or a dog will get that ball launching again. I have nudgers so this isn’t going to be a thing. We love this product and give it 10 of 10 stars. Should something happen I would buy this launcher all over again. May even consider as a gift for a family member with 7 dogs. Read more
Had this now for weeks/months. Works great. On low we can use it in the house down the hall. Med will throw it about 15 ft. High 20 to 25 ft. Nice and high too so she can catch it. Holds a charge for a pretty long time and charges quickly. Overall we love it. Still works like it did on the first day. I don't mind the price if it does what it suppose to. And it does. Only complaint is it could be anything but white. Balls Flies, gets dirty and a bit slimey. The white turns brown pretty quick. Other than that I highly recommend it. Read more
