I love this product so much. I have major sun sensitivity, and finding a sunscreen with a good amount of zinc is hard. Finding one that’s spray on and works great for my sensitive skin? Even harder. This is the first zinc sunscreen I’ve tried that doesn’t make me look chalky and is actually effective. I bought this for my trip to Aruba. I wanted to use reef safe sunblock. It worked beautifully! No greasy feeling. Stays on! But still reapply. It’s not a typical spray. You have to rub it in as the directions say as I kept telling my friends. Read more

We took this on our vacation to Hawaii and it worked pretty well. It spread a lot easier than the butter stick and seemed to work better than the stick as far as protection. We did get burned the first day and later on in our trip and we used a combination of the spray and stick, so you do need to reapply this more often than non-reef safe sunscreens it seems (and this was getting burned without being in water). At times, it did leave a white residue and it was hard to blend in (particular for my husband's hairy legs). I'd use again if I were traveling somewhere with reefs that I needed to protect, but probably wouldn't buy again for just normal use outdoors around the yard since it is expensive and requires re-application more often than not. While this “sunscreen” may be reef safe it does a terrible job of acting as sunscreen. The application process is similar spray painting your body white and it does not spread easily. So if you miss spraying a spot on your body because you don’t want to look like a sickly ghost and attempt to rub it in, it will not work. While when trying to rub it on after applying it refuses to absorb into your skin and instead leaves a slime white layer on your body. If you would think that it would wash off easily after having such a hard time applying - you would be dead wrong. This sunscreen clings to your skin like varnish on wood. So even after you spend 10 minutes in the shower scrubbing it with soap you will inevitably find some leftover in a crease on your arm or leg after drying off. If you are looking for reef safe sunscreen you are better off looking for a product that doesn't make you look dipped in whiteout. Read more

I like that this sunscreen is easy to rub in. It doesn’t leave your skin feeling heavy or clogged either. It works really well. I can put it on one time before swimming and not have to reapply after being in the pool for 2-3 hours. The best part is that I don’t feel like I’m loading my skin up with extra chemicals, just what is needed for healthy sun. Read more
