Exactly what I wanted for my grandchildren's room for when they visit! The bed was easy to put together with good instructions and labeling of parts. All bolts were included with one extra of each, and all parts aligned perfectly. It took my husband and I just under an hour to put it together. The bed was packaged very safely and arrived intact without any dings. There was an issue with one of the parts and was told to reached out to customer service through the website. The customer service is VERY GOOD, they were able to mail me the new part. The bed itself is very sturdy I originally bought it because it had an 800-lb capacity while the others only had a 600-lb capacity. The instructions were clear and I was able to assemble it by myself (although it would be faster with two people). I like the black color, the principal issue that customer service helped me with was a dent in the bed from from shipping. I also liked the vintage style of the bed. It fit my 14 inch mattress well and you could still see the details. Overall recommend for both the quality and peace of mind with how responsive the company is. Read more

Fast shipping and sturdy quality. Ordered two for my girls’ room & overall was very pleased with them! I assembled them both quickly with the easy to follow directions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hardware would look nice white vs silver and some of the screws (they are in the correct location) stick out too long which is strange for the under bed storage space. You could snag your hand reaching for something. They are flat on the ends, not sharp pointy screws so it’s not a huge issue just aesthetically odd. They should’ve been designed to the exact length needed. The beds look classy and the white is feminine so the girls love them. I like the appearance and the plentiful storage! Beautiful bed frame with solid constuction, it went together easily and once everything was tightened up there were no squeaks. I couldn't use my box spring with this bed due to height but I haven't had any discomfort issues from the lack of it. I've been using the bed for 2 weeks now and still no squeaking. Read more
