I've been wanting to get one of these for some time, and finally decided to get one after my hands were constantly staying sore and tight day after day. The size of the massager is good, and comfortably accommodates my fairly large hands (plenty of room both inside and at the end where your fingers can extend out). The massaging action works in two different ways, with air compression / stretching for fingers and wrist and then a rolling massager for the wrist/palm area. The interior of the massager is very nice and soft, and feels a lot like a gel mousepad once it starts to inflate (in other words, soft and comfortable). The massage intensity is adjustable between three pressure levels and goes from weak to strong. I really like how the air massage gives your fingers and wrist a slight stretch as it inflates, almost as good as getting a hand massage from a real person! The rolling massager is also adjustable across two levels (High, Low) or can be turned off entirely. There are three levels of heat, and it can get very warm on the highest setting which feels wonderful. The unit does auto shutoff after some period of time, somewhere around the 10-15 minute mark if I had to guess (which seems appropriate for safety purposes). Battery life has been good, I've charged it once and used it about 10 times (until the auto shutoff kicked in each time) and it's still going, but I did decide to charge it today after seeing how long it would go between charges (10 full length sessions seems plenty for me, and it showed no signs of slowing down, so I'd expect it could go longer). Overall, I've been using this daily since I bought it, and i've definitely felt a significant reduction in how stiff my hands are and how much pain I experience in them every day.
