This massager is easy to use , the heat level and speed are adjustable. It works perfectly! I absolutely love this cordless neck massager WITH 🔥 🔥 This delivers an incredibly comfortable and relaxing massage. It really works out all the tension in my neck and shoulders especially after a long day. The quality and material is high-quality and the fact that it's cordless yet no compromise to massage quality makes this hands down excellent purchase for yourself if not an excellent 🎁 gift. With previous massagers I found the cordless ones sacrificed power in heat over battery life and this one does not compromise that at all. I appreciate the extra long charging cable which gives you room to plug and go in any environment and what I thought was a nice bonus is the durable and very high quality carrying bag that this comes in I actually use it as a gym bag because it's not flimsy at all! I'm impressed with this product. It's helped with pain relief in my body, easy to use and is a good value for the price. Pros: Nice box for gifting, Has carrying bag, Simple instructions, No separate remote needed, Heat feature, Speed feature, Different massaging technique feature, Safety feature: shuts off after 20 consecutive minutes, Feels awesome! Cons: Needs to be plugged in, The part you can rest your arms in isn't very long (not meant for taller, wider people), When the 20 minute safety feature shuts it down and you turn it back on it turns on the heat (be wary). This is a great buy. I get the worst knots where my neck and shoulders meet from being slumped at a desk all day. I was so impressed by how this worked those knots out. You can even use on your back and lower back by holding it at a lower angle. The sling that holds your arms is where the pressure is applied so you can choose accordingly. The heated setting is a nice feature too. My boyfriend who has a physical job loves this too, I convinced him to try it after a particularly grueling day and he was surprised that it actually made his tight shoulders ease. I think this would make an excellent gift for anyone and a great treat yourself buy that is also very practical. A professional massage is great but I the interest of saving time and money I love this lil self care luxury. Read more
Item arrived well packaged and everything in the box. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Plugged the item in and massager turned on and worked well. Placed massager on my shoulders and could hear the massage balls rubbing against the material. Examined the material where the massage balls are and the material is very thin. After a few usages the material is wearing down and begin to thin out. Have had the product less then a few months so am disappointed that this product did not last as i though it would. Reason for the 3 stars is because the make and qualify of the material where the massage balls are. Prior to the material thinning out, the massage portion did work well, the controls are easy to use and it is very convenient. Just disappointed that it is now tearing and will no longer be able to use. Read more
This massager works so well for my lower back and hip pain,shoulders and neck!I forgot the first one I bought at home when I was traveling, so I bought a second one,I liked it so much! However,it stopped working.I contacted the company, which were very responsive and they sent a video how to resolve the issue.Unfortunately it didn't help so I sent a video on what was happening.The company responded quickly by sending me a new one that works fantastic!Thank you for the excellent customer support!
