This 3 in 1 red light therapy pad is the best relief for my knee pain. The red and infrared light has enhanced my blood circulation, besides pain relief and cellular recovery. Easy to use right in your own home and the cost for this therapy pad is reasonably priced. Read more

I’ve never had one of these before so admittedly I didn’t know what to look for. I knew I wanted adequate coverage for what I would use it for (my back and knees mainly), and I wanted a little heat and maybe a bit of vibration, although that feature wasn’t top of my list. This came in a box already installed so I didn’t need to figure out how to use it, it was easy, I just plugged it into the outlet and it was good to go. It’s lightweight and comfortable, a plus for the velcro strap to keep it in place. I’ve been using this for a couple of months on a regular basis and moved on to every day use. It’s durable and hasn’t cracked, torn, or been weird on me- and I’ve pulled and pulled on the strap to tighten it. It’s little remote has several settings, but I normally keep it on a 3 (which seemed to be the standard setting) and sometimes I use a 4 when I’m in pain. You can also program how long you’d like to use it for. I use it for around 30min because the heat feels so good that the 20min I started with doesn’t seem to be long enough. It works well on everything; I’ve used it on my forearm when my carpal tunnel began to flare up again, I’ve used it on my shoulder, my back, and my knees. It has adequate coverage for me to cover both knees at the same time. I like that I also get some heat while using it- although it’s not supposed to function as a heating pad. When I’m done using it I have more mobility. It feels like it penetrates to my muscles and I get some pain relief. It’s great for my self care routine and I love it Read more

This was a gift to my mother in law who has stomach problems, and extremely bad neuropathy in her hands, wrists and arms. Upon her opening the box, it was in perfect condition! Its very nicely made, durable, but also light weight enough it wont cause heavy pressure while in use. Perfect size as well! Truly a multipurpose use item!! My MIL said that it lasts her a 8hr nights rest, and still has decent battery life when she wakes up! Its silent, so far.. not a whole lot of change other than the heat feels good she said... but she also doesnt use it every day so maybe it would work if she did i dont know LOL. Either way, I will be ordering another 2 one for my mom who is a religious red light therapy use person! And one for myself for my knee!! I definitely would recommend!! Read more

I’ve been using this red light therapy device regularly, and overall I’m impressed with its performance. The 3-in-1 LED panels deliver a strong, soothing light that seems to help with muscle stiffness and soreness for my pain elbow. The timer and remote control make it easy to customize sessions without hassle. It’s simple to set up and feels sturdy. If you’re looking for an affordable way to add red light therapy to your recovery routine, this device is a solid option. Read more

I purchased this pad specifically for deep muscle and nerve-related pain (low back / glute / hip). I am not new to infrared therapy — I have used true near-infrared pads and handheld devices before and know how quickly and clearly they work when they actually penetrate tissue. This pad does warm up, but that is the only effect. In my experience, true near-infrared therapy feels more than it looks. The light output is usually dimmer overall, uneven or mixed in appearance, and not “Christmas-light bright.” The benefit shows up as deep internal warmth and noticeable muscle release, often during or shortly after use. This device is the opposite: very bright, uniform red LEDs strong visible glow surface warmth only no deep muscle relaxation no “letting go” of tight tissue no meaningful pain relief, even with repeated use That is not user error — that is design. If this were delivering true near-infrared in a meaningful way, the effect would be felt internally even if the light itself appeared dimmer. Instead, the experience is indistinguishable from a red LED heating pad. Warmth, yes. Therapeutic infrared effect, no. Although the listing includes infrared wavelength numbers, real-world performance does not match true near-infrared therapy. Specs on paper don’t matter if the device does not deliver the biological effect. In my opinion, this product is a red LED heating pad marketed as infrared therapy. I have had zero relief compared to other infrared devices I’ve used, and I know how quickly real infrared works when it’s doing what it claims to do. This device does not. If you are buying this for cosmetic skin use or light surface warmth, it may be acceptable. If you are buying it for deep muscle pain, joint pain, nerve irritation, or therapeutic infrared benefits, this does not cut it. Period. Read more
