I bought this because I have fluid in my ears. It is helping. HOWEVER, I caught a cold and used it for my nose with the nasal tips. In 2 days my nose cleared up!! It started running (it was stuffy) like crazy the first time day. The second day very little and the 3rd day my nose is completely clear!!! I never get over a cold this fast! I use herbs etc too. I can't do without this device. I've spent more for herbs! Read more

I like the size of the device and it worked for the first couple of weeks. That's not to say its helped my tinnitus, but they clearly state to allow 2 sessions a day and several weeks. I had to stop using as I ran into a technical issue but the company sent me a replacement pair. I've resumed using and hope for better results. Also, the USB plug includes USB-C.
