Have used this eyeliner for over 25 years because Almay is for sensitive skin/eyes. I love the ease of putting it on as well as the look it gives my eyes. I love this eyeliner and have used it for years!! The applicator is great because it's not a brush, but more like a felt-tip pen. Easy to use, doesn't flake and will go right where you want it to go. I get compliments on my cat-eyes at least once a week!!! Read more
