These are very soft, warm socks. Not scratch or itch like other wool socks. They are thicker than standard sport crew socks, about 2x to 2.5x the thickness. Not overly thick. They work in my winter boots and while walking bootless around on cold hardwood floors. Not enough trial time to comment on durability, but if a pair can last, no holes or fraying, through a year of daily use, then I would be content. Read more

This socks are as good as described. The size guide is on point. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered the Medium socks. They are very soft. I have not worn them hiking yet; however, today tested their warmth as our temps stayed in the low 40s. My feet were not as warm as I like; however, these socks kept them warmer than my merino wool socks. I would buy them again. Read more
