I initially thought the caps don't close. You just need to know the trick and apply pressure as close to the hinge as possible, not in the front of the cap . I found it not to be as greasy as some reviews seem to suggest. No white cast when well rubbed in, not even in my beard. Can sting eyes. Comparable but slightly cheaper than the Eurerin I used.
