I bought this because the little doors on my plastic pill case started getting loose and spilling pills out into my bag. Any plastic pill case only seems to make it 1 - 2 years before it wears out, so I decided to just get a metal one that would last. I was skeptical of this one for the price since the other metal pill cases I looked at cost at least twice at much as this one. Features looked great though, so I took a chance. This is the one. The quality is absolutely outstanding and it's a steal at $10! The case feels high quality and is well milled. Feels like a good metal edc flashlight. It's made from aluminum so it's solid and rigid but lightweight. The fit and finish is excellent. No burrs anywhere. The black finish looks durable, but we'll see. I don't know if it's electroplated or what. The knurling is perfect. It's directional, it's low-profile, and it gives just the right amount of grip without irritating your hands. The threads are super smooth, but come dry and unlubed, so they squeak. You'll want to add a food-safe lubricant of your choice to the threads to keep them working smoothly. The laser etched letters are super precise and well done. The threads are indeed, consistent on each section, with each taking 2 full turns, on and off. If you line up the weekdays, you don't have to feel for where the threads start. Very easy to use. The included lanyard is the same high quality standard as the case. It has a little clip on the lanyard, kind of like a pen, but I'm not sure what you would hang it on. My particular pill case has Sunday slightly misaligned, about one full letter off. It doesn't really bother me, but it's something they advertise as being consistent. The QC isn't perfect. Still, this is a great pill case, and for the price, it's outstanding. I haven't had it long, but it feels like 'buy it for life' quality. After using this pill case for a week, I also ordered the three section version to keep as-needed medications in. Read more
I have no complaints about this pill organizer. It’s machined well and each section threads onto each other without any issue. This makes it easy and quick to open and refill. The capacity is fine for me which is about 6 pills, some being larger vitamins, in each compartment. There’s plenty of room for more than that though. The design is sleek and is great for travel. It slides into a bag well and there is nothing to snag and inadvertently open and spill pills. The only con is the lack of child safety. I haven’t found a good solution that has proper child safety though. Read more

Ordered two of these as the plastic ones keep breaking and chipping. They are nice, well built and sturdy. I do lile them, but attention to detail when packaging needs to improve. One of them did not come with the stated lanyard and one had the lanyard. Small issue but noticeable. Read more
Good size and build. Days of the week actually line up. Came with several extra gaskets. Opening all the compartments and laying them out in order makes them easy to fill (no plastic cover or other cover getting in the way). Read more
