I have had my purifier for over 9 years. Absolutely love it! Worth every penny and if I was rich I would buy them as gifts for all my family members with allergy issues! My mom gave me a smaller version of this machine when my son started having allergy issues. I fell in love with it, found and purchased the big dog... I came on today to buy a new filter since I unplugged it a few days ago and everyone's allergies in the house are horrible now. So far running for 24hrs and the air in the space seems light and more fresh. No pets or anything, runs on low, and we keep it on 24x7. Runs very quiet, only suggestion controls on bottom of unit, very hard to reach. Read more

Worse than nothing

This product seemed not to work at all. Some of the fumes and/or particles would hang out around the machine, and when I would walk by it, I would cough. Forget about trying to use it in my bedroom at night. Read more
