If you are looking for a fan that claps shut work dramatic flair, this isn't the one, if you're looking for functional and looks cute this one has it. It does feel more delicate but I've put it to work and it's holding up well and is very pretty. You have to close it carefully to make sure it is folded correctly but as long as you're not abusing it, it works well. That's the reason it lost s star for me but it's a much more elegant fan. I’ve had this handheld fan for a year +. It has held up very well. Was very stiff at first, however it opens/closes much more easily now. It even does the fun little snap open/closed thing that was disappointing about it at first. I have the purple floral design- very pretty and is a sturdy little fan! Read more

I purchased this product to use as a manual fan. It's compact, stylish, and it works! It has a simple design and is beautiful when open. It also came with a statin sleeve to store the fan when not in use. NOTE: I would place it in the mid range for construction quality; however, I've been using it for over a month with no issues no mechanical issues. The tassel fell apart after a few uses but that was not an issue for me because I was considering removing it from the fan. I would buy this fan again. Read more
I waited over a month for this fan to get here, and it did not come with the fan slip cover that is shown in the photos. It also does not close very well. The top fabric doesn’t fold correctly and gets caught on itself. If it wasn’t for all of that, the fan is actually very pretty and seems sturdy enough. I don’t want to return it considering I already waited a month for this to get here, but I am disappointed that it doesn’t come with everything that’s shown:( Read more
